All new orders are handmade in California to order and ship within 5 business days. In the USA, JIMMYCASE provides no charge US Postal Service First Class package shipping. US Postal Service First Class generally delivers within 4 business days, but please note their reported service standard is 7-10 business days. Domestically, we provide Priority Mail as an option for an additional cost of $7.50 and Priority Mail Express for $25.00. We will attempt to ship Priority more quickly than our 5 business day standard, but cannot guarantee it.

We provide a 30 day no-risk guarantee. If for any reason you aren't happy with your JIMMYCASE, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee applies to the first unit in any order. Returns on multiple units will incur a 20% restocking fee upon return.
JIMMYCASE products come with a one-year limited warranty from defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

JIMMYCASE was started in a garage in Glendale California. Our founder, Dan Smith wanted to hold his credit cards, ID’s, drivers license, ATM, and hotel key cards on the back of his Apple iPhone. He wanted the perfect replacement for his leather wallet.
The Problems Dan Found:
- Leather iPhone wallet cases are limited to 2 cards and stretch out, causing the cards to fall out
- Folio iPhone cases have a flap that gets in the way and hits you in the face
- Most plastic cases hold only 3 cards
- In general, the other card holding cases available are bulky and don’t hold enough cards.
