Ready-made wedding cake with three glorious tiers of our rich English fruit cake iced in elegant ivory sugarpaste. Or you can choose to have the top tiers in our new lemon madeira sponge with raspberry jam and lemon butter icing in the centre and then our original fruit cake recipe for the bottom tier.

Supplied with ivory ribbon, our Three Tier Wedding Cakes are made to our original award-winning fruit cake recipe - or you can choose to have your top two tiers in our new lemon madeira sponge . Full of fruit and nuts, generously laced with French brandy then slow baked in small batches our fruit cake is a proven favourite. If you're looking for a delicious base to decorate your own wedding cake and make it as unique as your special day then let us do the hard work so you can have the fun with the decorating!

Use this elegant but simply iced three-tier cake as a centrepiece to any celebration table, wedding or anniversary, safe in the knowledge that it’s made to the same exacting standards as all other Meg Rivers products.

The top tier is baked in a 4" tin, the middle a 6" tin and the bottom tier is baked in a 8" tin. 

Supplied on boards with an additional spare silver boards for transferring the cake to if required. Also available supplied with a choice of colours of sugarcraft roses or without any decoration.

All Fruit Tier Weights - 4" Top Tier 750g, 6" Middle Tier 1.7kg, 8" Bottom Tier 2.9kg

Sponge & Fruit Combo Weights - 4" Top Tier 450g, 6" Middle Tier 950g, 8" Bottom Tier 2.9kg (Fruit)

All tiers are approx 7cm in height, excluding the height of the cake boards.

(our three tier cake can be cut into approx 70 wedding finger portions)

How to cut your Meg Rivers Rich English Fruit Cake.

  1. Use a sharp and serrated knife (a good bread knife is ideal).
  2. Cut in a sawing motion from the outside of the cake towards the centre.
  3. Ideally clean the blade between each slice.
